Who is Goku?
Goku is a Saiyan warrior sent to earth when he was an infant to destroy it. However, as he arrived on earth, he forgot his original motive due to a head injury and began living on earth. Eventually, due to his considerable skills and love towards the humans, he became earth’s defender and protected it.
When Goku was sent to earth, his name was Kakarot. A man named Son Gohan found infant Kakarot and became his adoptive grandfather and gave him the name Goku. Saiyans are initially aggressive and violent, but he became a carefree and happy boy since Goku suffered a head injury and his grandfather taught him love and kindness.
Goku’s father is Bardock, a low-class Saiyan warrior, and his mother is Gine. Goku’s one true aim is to fight and defeat the strongest and he does everything to achieve his goal. He constantly trained himself from a young age and became stronger as he beat others. He unleashed his different Saiyan fighting forms with training like Ultra Instinct, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken, and Super Saiyan 4. With time, Goku became the mightiest being in the universe as he won over the universe’s most powerful beings.
Who is Vegeta?
Vegeta IV, Prince Vegeta or most commonly known as Vegeta, is a member of the royal family of Saiyans. He is the prince of the Saiyan race and takes enormous pride in that. Due to his royal blood, he believes that it is his destiny to be the strongest and tries to prove that by defeating anyone who gets in his way.
Since Vegeta was a prince, he received elite training that increased his powers to multifold. Freiza, the emperor of the universe, was influenced by Vegeta’s powers and wanted to admit Vegeta into his team. However, King Vegeta didn’t like this, and the Saiyan warrior attacked Freiza and his army. But eventually, they were defeated, and the Saiyan race was annihilated. Vegeta was one of the few survivors, and he joined Freiza Force afterward.
Since Vegeta aimed to become the strongest, he crosses paths with Goku and develops an intense rivalry. Initially, Vegeta arrived on earth to find Dragon Balls to grant him eternity so that he can fight forever. However, Vegeta saw heavy character transformation that changed his heart since then. First, he became an anti-hero from a villain and then a hero, both in the comics and anime.
