Cucumbers and pickles are totally the same. They have no difference except that pickles have undergone food processing involving certain food seasonings. Let us find out.

Cucumber is a plant that is a member of the gourd family along with squash. It originated in India and is now cultivated all over the globe. It is a plant that creeps from the ground and has vines. The vines grow from the ground. Then it flowers and grows into a full-blown cucumber. The cucumber is cylindrical and elongated in shape. Cucumbers are made up of 90% water.
