Soy Milk vs Lactose Free Milk
Soymilk and lactose free milk are diary products that are used by people having lactose intolerance. Both the Soymilk and lactose free milk have their own merits and the choice depends on a person’s preferences and health conditions.
Lactose-free milk is cent percent pure milk with the only exception that it does not contain lactose.
