There is no major difference between full cream milk and whole milk.  Full cream milk is the term used to sell milk that has the same fat content as whole milk.

To process calcium in the digestive system, the body needs vitamin D, and by consuming full cream milk, people can get it easily. Therefore, it is recommended to consume two to three glasses of full cream milk daily to receive the necessary nutrients for our body. This is also good for adults above 70, especially if they are frail, recovering from surgery or underweight. They can take high protein, high energy diets, rice pudding, custards and hot chocolate drinks made from full cream milk. Full cream milk is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and phosphorus.

Whole milk is another name for full cream milk. It is milk from which fat has not been removed. Whole milk is milk in its most unadulterated form. It has about 87% of water, which is the other main ingredient in it other than fats. To someone with lactose intolerance, vegan or vegetarian, there are substitutes for whole milk like soy milk, almond milk, and rice milk.
