It is not a wise decision to keep both services together as it will increase a financial burden. 

However, you can go with any one of the two according to your preferences. If you are tight on budget and want a decent featured service, you should choose MailChimp. MailChimp also has a feature of showing you exactly the layout in which it will be shown to the clients. Constant Contact has a feature where it checks the errors in the mail so you can correct them before sending them out. You can also go with Constant Contact if you can afford it. 

At the end of the day, email marketing strategy should be amazing which can be achieved through any one of them.
