Difference Between HP webOS TouchPad and Android Motorola Xoom

HP webOS TouchPad and Motorola Xoom both are tablets running on HP WebOS and Android respectively. HP TouchPad is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Dual-APQ8060 1.2 GHz processor and Motorola Xoom is powered by 1 GHz NVIDA Tegra 2 Dual Core Processor. Considering the memory, HP TouchPad and Motorola XOOM both comes with 1 GB RAM and HP TouchPad has both 16 GB and 32 GB specification and Motorola Xoom only have 32 GB Configuration.

HP TouchPad only has 1.3 MP front facing Camera whereas Motorala Xoom comes with 5 MP rear facing camera and 2 MP front facing camera and 720p video capturing support. Motorola Xoom packs with 10.1″ HD capacitive Multitouch Display and HP TouchPad comes with 9.7″ display.

The Major difference from HP TouchPad and Motorola Xoom is on the operating system they run. HP TouchPad is powered by HP webOS and Motorola Xoom comes with Android 3.0 (Honeycomb).
