Mobile phones are the need of everyone. There are seen many innovations every year. The HTC Droid Incredible 2 and Incredible S are the smartphones launched by the HTC. These mobiles are both based on the android. They both support Android 2.2. Even based on the same aspects, they have many characteristics different. The HTC Droid Incredible 2 and Incredible S are the smartphones that were launched as new innovations in mobile phones.
HTC Droid Incredible 2 vs Incredible S
The main difference between HTC Droid Incredible 2 and Incredible S is that they have different network compatibility. The Incredible 2 has a network compatible with the US version, while the Incredible S is based on the network compatible with the global market. The Incredible 2 has more standby battery as compared to the Incredible S.Whereas the Incredible has the power button on the top left corner and none on the front.
The HTC Droid Incredible 2 has a 1GHz processor and a 4-inch WVGA display. The rear camera has an 8MP resolution with 768MB RAM. The smartphone also comes with a Xenon flash with 720p video quality. The phone was designed for the US network, but it also holds the capability to adapt to global networks and thus can be carried outside the country.
The HTC Incredible S is also based on the HTC Incredible 2 model. But, the HTC Incredible S has network compatibility with the global network. It comes with a 1GHz processor and 4 inch LCD. The phone comes with 768MB RAM. This phone doesn’t come with a physical button on the front of the mobile phone. All the buttons are present on the top corners. The resolution of the mobile phone is 8MP with dual flash.

The Incredible 2 earlier with Android 2.2, and recently it was announced that it will be upgraded to Android 4.0 ICS. But, still, the model hasn’t been released in the market. Yet, the new version that came after two years of the Incredible 2 came with navigation software and the Kobo, which provides digital books. It also provided 30- days free trials of the mentioned app. Still, as the phone was not easily rooted therefore the user’s rights were neglected.
What is HTC Droid Incredible S?
The HTC Incredible S was based on HTC Incredible 2, but it was designed for the global market. The network compatibility has HSPA and GSM. The phone comes with 4 inch LCD. The resolution of the selfie camera is 1.3 MB, and the main camera of 8MB.
The smartphone comes with 768 MB RAM with 720p video quality. The battery standby time varies from 290hrs to 310 hrs. The colors variants available in this model are red and black. It comes with a stereo radio and RDS in the communication.
The Incredible S earlier came with Android 2.2 and then 2.3. Then the phone also gets updated to 4.0 Sense UI 3.6. The HTC Incredible 2 and S both almost upgraded on the same software. While the buttons on the Incredible S were not placed in the front of the screen and were present in the top right or left corners.

Conclusion
The HTC Droid Incredible 2 and Incredible S were based on almost similar base models. Some of the features were different in both of the mobile phones. Yet, the tradition was similar in both of these models. The latest model that is seen in the market is the Incredible 4.0.
The difference that was seen in both models was in the market they were launched for. Incredible 2 was concentrated according to the US customers, while the Incredible S was based on the customers and needs that would be needed worldwide.
