LG Optimus 3D vs HTC Evo 3D
3D seems to be the next big thing that is coming to smartphones. While showing photos and videos in 3D is quite important, it is the ability to shoot 3D photos and videos that seems to be taking center stage. LG’s Optimus 3D and HTC’s Evo 3D are two smartphones that offer 3D capabilities. While they share a lot of similarities, they also have a number of differences. The first is the clock speed that they operate at. Both phones have dual core processors, but the Evo 3D’s processor runs at 1.2 GHz compared to the
1 GHz clock speed of the Optimus 3D.
Another difference between the Optimus 3D and the Evo 3D is the amount of internal memory that they have. The Optimus 3D is equipped with 8GB of internal memory, which is pretty acceptable for most modern smartphones. However, the Evo 3D only has 1GB of internal memory. This is barely enough to hold the applications of many people not even considering multimedia files.
The cameras of the two smartphones are pretty similar, both sporting 5 megapixel sensors that can record 720p videos in 3D. There are just a couple of differences. The first is the ability to record 2D video at the higher 1080p resolution. The Optimus 3D is capable of this but the Evo 3D can only manage 720p. The second difference is the number of flashes. The two LED flashes of the Evo 3D are better for low light than the single LED flash of the Optimus 3D.
The last difference between the Evo 3D and the Optimus 3D is just a minor feature; the 3D radio, which is present in the Evo 3D but not in the Optimus 3D. An FM radio would probably not get used that often, especially with the wide variety of features on a smartphone. But when you get tired of everything else, it is always welcome to have another option. It is also great if you want to know about new or popular songs playing on your local FM radio stations.
Summary:
1.The Evo 3D has a higher clocked processor than the Optimus 3D.
2.The Optimus 3D has considerably more internal memory than the Evo 3D.
3.The Optimus 3D can record at 1080p while the Evo 3D cannot.
4.The Evo 3D has dual LED flashes while the Optimus 3D only has one.
5.The Evo 3D has an FM radio while the Optimus 3D doesn’t.
