White vs Orange Sweet Potato
A dicotyledonous plant, sweet potato belongs to Convolvulaceae family. Sweet potatoes manly come in two varieties ‘“ white sweet potato and orange sweet potato. These two are differentiated because of the white and the orange colours of the skin.
Apart from the difference in the colour of the skin, they also have many specific differences. But most of the people are unaware of the difference between White and orange sweet potato.
One of the main differences that can be seen is in the sweetness. The white potato is considered to be sweeter than the orange sweet potato.
